my space & my stuff

My stepdad just offered to help me out with a new car, if I clean out my garage so he can work on it. Two problems; I just rented the space to a friend for storage. Second; I really don't trust him around my stuff.

I got up late today. Did some mowing, then ran up to the post office... Then I pulled out my Scooter to finish putting it back together. As I was doing so, My next door neighbor had to make some snide comment that I need to mow... >:(

Moped stalling

What does it mean when your moped revs fine on the center stand, but stalls out when you rev while sitting on it, then after pushing it down the road a couple miles, decides to work right if you jerk up & down on the throttle real hard real fast?
