The south is about to send the first rocket to Mars.... As they're getting ready to leave, a north spaceship request to dock at their space station for repairs.... After making the repairs, scientific idealism kicks in, & someone reveals they're going to Mars.... the northerners think they can beat the south, & take off without a plan.... Things go haywire.... Whoever wrote the script suggests that the sun is between earth & mars.... At some points, the dubbing is so bad, that words come out while nobody's lips are moving, & it's kinda obvious at times that a label has been placed over the red star on the ships....
