Instead, an alien spaceship lands nearby, & a group of aliens with bullet shaped helmets try to abduct them... That's when a Japanese wrestler they call Space Chief shows up in his flying car & saves the day.... He has a couple more brief cameos in this movie... Meanwhile, all the world's electronics start going in reverse, and a couple of nuclear reactors blow up... The kids are able to convince the scientists that it's aliens, so we're treated to some corny rambling about junk science, and eventually they build a force field..... The print is dark, and the dubbing is laughable, but the pacing is pretty brisk, even in the talky parts... Corny fun.....
